  • Testing: After a 10-minute warm-up, you’ll begin exercising at an intensity that increases every 3-5 minutes. At each interval, we will record your heart rate, perceived effort (RPE), and take a small blood sample from a finger prick. The test concludes when your lactate threshold is reached.
