About Zoe
Zoe is a a highly experienced and dedicated Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 10 years of expertise in providing evidence-based psychological interventions with children and adults experiencing complex mental health disorders.
Qualifications:
- Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (BABCP)
- BSc Psychology Degree
- MSc Health Psychology
- Accredited Clinical Therapies Supervisor
- Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS)
Interventions offered:
- CBT for common mental health disorders including (not exclusively)
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Body Dysmorphia
- PTSD
- Grief/Loss
Comprehensive screening assessment for Autism and/or ADHD with compiled report documenting recommendations for further assessment and treatment.
Personal experience
In 2016, she experienced a stroke due to an acquired brain injury, resulting in permanent left-sided disability. This personal journey ignited a deep commitment to helping others navigate the physical and psychological transitions that come with recovering from injury or illness. She is passionate about supporting clients in fostering resilience and adapting to new physical realities in the face of adversity.
