Abbie joined the Injury Mechanics team at the start of 2024.
About Abbie
Since graduating from York St John University in 2021, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy, Abbie went on to gain valuable experience working alongside York City Knights Rugby League Club and Padiham Football Club.
Clinically, Abbie has previously worked closely with a number of local boxing gyms before moving to a Spinal Clinic in Blackpool.
Abbie has a keen interest in the fitness industry. Regularly attending crossfit style training sessions and a frequent run club attendee allowing her to apply her own experiences to aid her clients goals and progression.
Abbie brings a plethora of enthusiasm, work ethic and commitment to achieving her clients goals inline with the values we hold dear here at Injury Mechanics.
